Management -- Old Requirements

My Life Scout son has a partial on Personal Management under
the old requirements. He has (of course) lost the MB book, and
we can only get the current book from the local scout shop.
The new book does not contain the study materials for all the
old requirements.

Anyone know the answers to old requirement #8?

8. Do the following:
a. Explain the five ways to manage risk.
b. Explain the six basic types of insurance and why you might
someday need one or more of them.
c. (I know this one)
