I have discovered the boys who get the most out of this class are those who need it for rank. When we schedule classes, very few boys will complete the work. However, during Scout Camp, everyone working toward Eagle will give up their evenings to get this one done. I have written short outlines for lesson plans and speeches as a handout, but they rarely get used.
