i am currently taking the personal fitness MB. our counsler told us that to fullfill the "workout" part we had to either run, swim, or lift weights. my question to you is do you have to do more than one exercise while lifting weights, or can you just stick to one, like bench pressing and slowly increase reps/weight to fullfill the req?
any help would be appreciated.
thanks
micah

Isn't that something you need to work out with the mb counselor?

I did not see "workout" in the requirements but there is a requirement for "Be sure your program incorporates the endurance, intensity, and warm-up guidelines discussed in the Personal Fitness merit badge pamphlet."
In this case yous should read the MB pamphlet. Your counselor may be limiting the types of exercises that you can do to fulfill this requirement
