Just did Camp Inspection at Camp Conestoga Westmoreland-Fayette Council BSA. The Inspection team showed me the new standard for any tower/COPE course. 13 years of age. Not quite sure how this will impact climbing MB. Although they have not set an age in the MB requirements the Climbing/rappelling standard does.
