requirements - Fish and Wildlife Mgt. & Soil and
BSA has published new merit badge pamphlets for Fish and
Wildlife Management and for Soil and Water Conservation. In
both cases, the pamphlets have new requirements. Scouts that
have the old pamphlet, or start the badge between now and
January 1, 2005 can use the old requirements. Or they can use
the new ones.

The new versions (and the old ones as well) are on the USSSP.
Start at http://usscouts.org/mb/framesindex.html
Those with the new book can start using the new requirements
now,if they wish. They don't have to wait until 2005.
