Supposed to be out 2014/15 and will replace Drafting MB. Anybody heard any info on release? Or how long grace period will be on Drafting MB?

Bryan on Scouting has the following on its merit badge calendar:
"May 26, 2015 — Animation merit badge released. Removed Computer-Aided Design and Advanced Computing from coming-soon list. Added Photography to the list of merit badges with major updates coming soon."
I seem to recall seeing something about it being postponed, but couldn't find it.
