I have several solar panel packages in varying sizes and power ratings. I do not own enough to fully recharge the portable power unit I currently own in one days worth of good light.
I have a hat with a panel that works great for a GPS, MP3 player or cell phone.
But the summer camp issue is no moot as I am no longer a Scouter.
