new pamphlet

BSA has published a new merit badge pamphlet for Fire Safety.
The pamphlets have new requirements. Scouts that have the old
pamphlet, or start the badge between now and January 1, 2005
can use the old requirements. Or they can use the new ones.

i thought the old one was good

I don't have the old booklet. BSA has been updating ALL the
books over the past few years.

The changes in the requirements can be seen at:

Mostly editorial changes, with 2 new requirements added:
