In addition, the BSA is encouraging participation in the STEM game design contest to promote the new merit badge. Here is the info from the BSA:

Compete in the National STEM Video Game Challenge and win prizes.
Entry submissions for the competition, which is for middle school
and high school students, are due by April 12.

As Matt knows, I posted the information, including the worksheet, to usscouts.org shortly after midnight Wednesday night/Thursday morning, and supplied the worksheet to this site around the same time. I see Optimist has added it here, too.
