New Rowing MB pamphlet

I picked up a copy of a new Merit Badge pamphlet yesterday for Rowing, plus 5 others.

All of them had revised requirements, in addition to the new information in the pamphlets.

I've posted the changes and revised requirements to the USSSP. The summary is at: http://usscouts.org/advance/boyscout/advchanges06a.html

These changes will actually become official next January, but Scouts should be able to use them (or the old ones) if they start on the badges from now until next January. Scouts starting a badge after next January will be required to use the new requirements.

When I get a revised worksheet, I'll add it to the USSSP site. In the meantime, the old worksheet is still available for those using the old requirements. And the new requirements are close to the old ones, so the old worksheet may still be useful, even if a Scout is working in the newer requirements.
