What is it you need help with? You don't understand what it means by the components, or you don't know how to stay healthy? What exactly do you need help understanding? And I'll ask before someone else does--have you purchased (or borrowed) and read the merit badge book? it really does help. The answers are all usually in there, although not always in order. You will find it helpful if you read and understand the book before trying to complete a badge.

By all means, step 1 is get a hold of a copy of the merit badge pamphlet and read it.
