I have completed the requirements for the photography merit badge, but i was wondering If i was allowed to "doctor" my photos with Adobe Photoshop. I don't know if the photography has to be straight from the camera.

Talk to your merit badge counselor about this. It is up to them as to if they will accept doctored photos.
