pamphlet and requirements
BSA has published a new merit badge pamphlet for Plumbing. The
pamphlets have new requirements. Scouts that have the old
pamphlet, or start the badge between now and January 1, 2005
can use the old requirements. Or they can use the new ones.

Thank goodness for the change. Much of the old requirements were over 20 years outdated and much of it was ILLEAGLE to do lol. And trust me I know my dad was the youngest person to recieve his master plumbing liscense in this state so he's been doin it for a long time lol.
