Scouting Heritage

Has anyone had a group of scouts work on this merit badge yet? I anticipate having several of them wanting to do it after they get back from Jamboree. I'm wondering how to handle the requirements for interviewing people from your troop's history, and creating a report on the history of your troop. With a small and relatively young troop, there are few people to interview and not a lot of information to be collected.

Would it be better to have the scouts work together, and present a group project, or have each of them prepare a separate report?

Opinions welcome.

I am a MBC for this one. They only need to interview one person who was associated with the troop in the past. Examples of who are interview candidates are in the MB pamphlet.

MBs are an individual thing so each scout who wants to earn the MB must put together their own report. The only MB I can think of off the top of my head that allows a group project is Pioneering.
