Soil and Water Conservation resource in Milwaukee

This weekend my sons and I visited an urban farm in the heart of Milwaukee. It's in a converted warehouse. They are using aquaponics to raise vegetables and have a natural cycle set up by raising tilapia and perch, too. It's a self-contained system. Only thing being added is supplemental water and fish food. Pretty impressive design. The lettuce they are growing tasted incredible. The name of the place is Sweet Water Organics. Thought I would let you guys know about this place since some urban troops have difficulty reaching farms, etc.
