I noticed that there are new Cub Scout belt loops, Video Games and Skateboarding. The belt loop program for Cub Scouts has always tracked closely with similar Boy Scout merit badges. A Skateboarding belt loop actually makes a lot of sense, and bodes well for adding a long overdue option to the Skating Merit Badge.
A Sports belt loop for Video Games? I guess we can look forward to playing video games being added as an approved "sport" for the Sports merit badge.
