DOES ANYONE HAVE A COPY OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SEARCH AND RESCUE MERIT BADGE. DOES ANYONE HAVE THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR MR. PALMER WHO I UNDERSTAND WAS PRIMARY FOR THIS MERIT BADGE'S DEVELOPMENT?

The "Bryan on Scouting" blog posted today that Kayaking is now scheduled for May an Search and Rescue for June.

Keep in mind that those dates are still tentative, and based on recent new merit badge releases, they can easily slip, based on production issues.
