The purpose of this web site is to support the Boy Scout Advancement Program of the Boy Scouts of America. As such, we require that posts made to these boards be supportive of this web site's stated goal.

- This discussion board may be used by Scouters and Scouts over the age of 13. If you are 13 years old or younger, you may not participate in this discussion board.
- To protect the privacy of youth members, please do not include the names of any youth members in any posting. (If you observe a posting that identifies a youth member, please contact us immediately. We will remove the posting promptly.)
- For youth protection, private messaging has been turned off and links to outside chat rooms are not allowed. In addition, all members are encouraged to keep their email addresses hidden and the sharing of email addresses in messages is discouraged.
- All postings on this discussion board are public and by posting you waive any claim of copyright.
- We do have the ability to identify the IP addresses of participants. Although we normally do not use this feature, it can be used when we receive complaints about the behavior of participants. We can use this information to block a participant from accessing this web server.
- When posting, remember that your conduct is governed by the Scout Law. If you discover a posting that includes content that is inappropriate, i.e., not in a Scouting venue, please contact us immediately. If we deem the content to be inappropriate we will remove it.
- Content that includes profanity, racist, sexual, pornographic, advertising, violent, or hate content is not appropriate on this board.
- This is not a patch trading site... Posts pertaining to any possible pecuniary interest (meaning: the offer to sale, buy, trade or otherwise barter), including, but not limited to, uniform items, gear, patches, etc, are not permitted here.
- Discussion is limited to the topics available on the board.
- If you would like to see an additional topic, please let us know what topic you'd like to have added. (We will not include topics for the discussion of sexual preference, religion, or inflamatory topics.)
- Hyperlinks to other websites should be, in some way, Scouting/topic-related (Site Admin's discretion); those deemed not so, will be removed. If you find a broken link, please report it to the Site Admin. (Broken links will be repaired/removed as they are found/reported.)
- Users attempting (whether successfully, or not) to register multiple accounts will result in immediately and permanently being banned from the forums.
