Clarification:
- If your account is deleted due to in-activity, you may re-register under your original User name. That is, unless --of course-- somebody else hasn't already taken it; in which case, you'll have to choose another name.
- If, OTOH, your account is suspended, for whatever reason, you may not register under another, different User name.
