How to change rank?

I was wondering how we can change our scout rank?

Like on any other board, your "ranking" is based on your level of activity... i.e., generally speaking, the more you post, the more your rank goes up... stars, bars, rank, whatever... depending on what board you're on.

Here, on this board, "ranking" is labeled from Scout through Silver Palm.
