[INFO] Read the rules

Postby wagionvigil » Thu Apr 06, 2006 9:30 am

I highly recommend that all of our new members read the rules and regulations. I do welcome you all here BUT we will delete any questionable post and eventually delete you if you do not abide by the rules. We have many young scouts on our forum as that is what we are here for.

BSA rules and postings

Postby cballman » Sun Apr 09, 2006 8:43 am

Members you are allowed to post most anything but when it goes against the BSA rules and the Guide to Safe Scouting then either your post will be deleted and or your membership here will be dropped. There have been posters that have pushed the envelope here. there have also been posters that have went over the line and are gone. We are trying to help run this board for the great and mighty OPTIMIST. This man really owns this board but has been very busy at work and scouting in the last year. He has picked a few people to help administer this board. We have let a good deal of questionable post go thru but we will now take a good hard stand on going against the rules of Scouting. I would like to thank everyone who has posted and the ones who have not posted for joining our ranks here. I would also like to ask the non posters if they have a question or comment to feel free to post and you shoul get an answer within a few hours.

Thank you
cballman

Also new members when you put a website along with name to post if is questionable then your name will be taken off the active rolls of this board.

just in case you dont know what is considered questionable then here are examples.

Pornographic.

Drug sales over the internet

Gambling

Anything that goes against the Guide to Safe Scouting.

One more thing...

EVERYBODY!!!

Please, make the "Subject" of your posts short, sweet and, above all, make it SPECIFIC.

Thanks, y'all.
