Anyone requesting membership to Merit Badge . net MUST put their Council Name In the Location Slot. Your Hometown is not necessary BUT the Council Name is. Anyone requesting membership and does not put their council name in WILL NOT BE APPROVED. We are sorry we must do this BUT it is for Your Protection!
