Request for Fix "VIEW ACTIVE TOPICS"

Greetings - I hope everyone is having a great holiday season.

Years ago I loved this site. It was very useful. But then the system was re-engineered. I fell out of using it because every time I looked, there were no new topics.

"Before you log in", you have two options. "View unanswered posts" and "View active topics". Out of habit, I'd click on "View active topics" and it always shows no topics found. So it makes you think the board is unused.

When I log in, I can use the "View New Posts" (not available before you log in) and I see lots of good questions. But "View Active Posts" still shows nothing.
