To be honest, I make my own. Do you have a dehyderater? If not they can be picked up pretty cheap at places like wal-mart these days.
Then check out an REI or EMS for a backpacking cook book. It takes a little bit of work to prepare the meals ahead of time, but it's well worth it. The food tastes better then the pre-packeaged stuff, is just as light and costs a ton less.
I've done it this way for thru-hikeing the AT, several trips to Isle Royale, and a couple weeks at a time in the Boundry Water. The food tates good, portions are good (because you make what you need) and as long as you plan properly nutrition isn't a problem either.
