We are in the process of filling out that lovely tour permit and have come across a new situation....
Due to technical difficulties, we are borrowing a vehicle to pull our troop trailer next weekend to a campout. The tour permit asks for the owners name..not a problem, but the owner of the truck is not going. Who's driver's license do we put down? The driver or the owner? We have the insurance info, so thats not a problem. We are curious if anyone has any ideas.

Very minor worry, in my opinion. We file ours at least two weeks ahead of time, as our Council (and most others) ask for. We do not have a firm roster at that point, and I have to guess at how many (and which) adults will be attending. Sometimes even the tour leader and asst tour leader are not the same ones as on the permit due to last minute work commitments. The only way to get an accurate roster would be to file the thing a couple of days before the event, which is unacceptable to our Council. Mt point is that yours won't be any worse than anyone else's.
