Just curious: How many Councils and Camps are requiring the use of the new medical form for camp this year?

For our council,s camps, the old ones are still good. But they are recommending to use the new forms replace expired forms since the old form will not be accepted after 1/1/10

The Service center no longer keep the old ones. But camp is accepting both. AFter 2009 everyone must have a yearly physicial. I have felt I was being discriminated against for the past 20 years Now I will not be.

Our Summer Camp gives the option of using the new form. We have a number of guys who are in years 2 or 3 of the old form so we're going to use them. Only 6 of 22 need physicals (+ adults) that way.

Our Ernest Thompson Seton Scout Reservation in CT is accepting both, but our council is strongly encouraging units to verify requirements for camps being attended outside of our council.
