Do waterfront counselors all have to be BSA or Red Cross Lifeguard certified?

The Water front Director Must attend NAtional Camp School and Be certified as an aquatics Director. Our camp requires all staff on the Waterfront to be Red Cross or BSA Life Guards. Those that are not BSA get certified while on staff.
