Woodbadge staff help!!!!

Postby Woodbadgegirl » Wed Mar 08, 2006 1:08 pm

I have agreed to be on staff for the upcoming Woodbadge in my area. I just found out that I will be leading a presentation called "Leading Change". I have looked at the syllabus and I'm coming up with nothing on how to make this creative and not put everyone a sleep!

I have been called perky and talkative and I don't mind making a fool of myself. LOL!!

Check out a book "Who moved my cheese".

This is used in the corporate world when changes are going to be made to an organization
If it is not written down then it is not an official rule

Also, as a heads up. If you work for a company and the HR groups gives a presentation using this book it usually indicates that layoffs are on the way.
