Specific Training for Varsity Leaders

My patrol project for Wood Badge is to give a 15 minute presentation on the different training required for the different programs Boy Scouts offer.

We have Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, Webelos, Boy Scouts, Varsity Team and Venturing.

I have been assigned to come up with two questions related to specific training required, if any, for Varsity Adult Leaders.
