Mr. Goodrich says
I was asked to be a UC back in September and still didn't know what they wanted me to do.

SM & UC at the same time? Looks like Wood badge taught how to really pack that jar of rocks :)

Congratulations.

I've come to my senses and have relinquished my UC duties at this time. Too much for me to handle. I was recently asked to head the district's FOS campaign and something had to give. I was able to assist in getting new UC for the units I had and everyone is happy.

After Wood Badge I wanted to do it all, but I also learned that burn-out can happen very quickly. :)

I will be starting WB in 1 month NE-IV-214. It is the first and last weekend in Sept.

DRain the water off the chicken and put the chicken in the stuffing mix and then just make the stuffing as directed. We eliminated the cans ahead of time and put the chicken in ziplock bags.

Save the canned chicken water and use it as part of the water to make the stuffing. The can then becomes some's food dish for the rest of the trip as you "pack it in, pack it out."

But I am one of those big boys that eat the whole box of stuffing when I make it at home, so I might have to adjust my field rations if there are guests.
