We did clearly target the upcoming Wood Badge staff for attendance. NYLT staff will likely get the same. However, we also opened the course to all Council and District Training chairs and trainers. And, we would have welcomed any other interested Scouters (who might have been recruited as trainers :-) ).

The few other Council web sites that I looked at from my quick Google search seemed to have a similar approach. So, I would expect to see more Trainers EDGE courses coming.

Just another indication - our course was run by the Council Training Chair, the upcoming Wood Badge Course Director, and the upcoming NYLT Course Director.

I went to the BSA site and was able to pull down a copy of the syllabus. About 75 pages.
