Off To Wood Badge Tomorrow

Postby ThunderingWind » Thu Apr 16, 2009 10:22 pm

I am off to my Wood Badge course tomorrow. We are to check-in at 0730.

I hope it is eveything everyone has made it out to be. I am looking forward to the
Secret Words ceremony at the end of the second weekend.

With any luck :D you will be a Beaver when you get back.

I'm really outnumbered by the Bears around here (and by the Bobwhites in my local area).

Since the Beavers are first, I really have trouble understanding how this can be :?:

Enjoy - I know you will.

I know you are off to Wood Badge and I sincerely hope you had fun your first weekend.

Main thing I tell folks is to relax and let it happen. Don't try to over think things.

For myself, Wood Badge was a wonderful experience and I came away with a lot. Also made five great friends who I speak with on a weekly basis and we get together a few times a year.

Oh...and I am hoping you are a Bear!!!!
