1. We are a young troop and had not conducted TLT before I became SM, joined with a brand new troop and an established troop and lead a joint TLT for all three troops

2. Helped develop a MB midway at a Council Scouting Event (7,500 Scouts attended)

3. The District MB list had not been updated in years. There were MBCs who were no longer living on the West Coast, some who have moved on to better places, MBC who were adding to the requirements and some who were substracting. Also, most had not taken Youth Protection. So completely redid the MBC list and recruited MBCs who will follow the program. (This one was probably the most involved task on my ticket)

4. Completed OKPIK and planned an outing for the Troop.

5. Diversity task - held three discussion with the Troop on Diversity. Played a trail mix game to help the scouts realize we are a better troop with diversity and everyone has sometihing to offer and if someone is missing from an event, the troop is also missing a vital component (a scout) at the event.

1. Developed a way our Venturers could outwardly, & acceptably (to BSA)show their accompishments (leather fob/colored beads symbolizing various types of activities, advancement, worn on belt) since Venturers don't get merit badges, etc. on their way to rank advancement
2. Initiated a conservation project with the city of Garland TX (our charter org is in Garland) - this actually turned out to be an ongoing fundraiser through its Code Enforcement Department
3. Diversity - presentation on Asperger's Syndrome for Venturing Crew & Church Youth group - we had a new member in both groups with Asperger's
4. Developed and taught course in Effective Meetings for crew officers - have repeated class for 2 other scout groups since
5. 360 review of the Effective Meeting training

Can't even remember them. What I do remember is that to this day, I still have tickets. The course can change your life and you learn the true meaning of giving back.

My latest ticket was building a shooting range for the Council. It is a thing of beauty to share your vision come to life.

Wonder if the youth would like a trap range?.........
