That's not very scout like.

True but after hours of under the breath comments of "dinner" or "snack" being said by students everytime the
bobwhite Patrol was mentioned by the staff or other students, it got to be tiring. This comment put a stop to it.

There is fun, good natured ribbing, then there is insenint teasing and just plain not fun any more. I think is what the staff was trying to eliminate - the not fun
any more part.
