Cub Scout Position Specific Training Now Online

Yep, BSA finally got their stuff together and and put up the Cub Leader Position Specific training online at MyScouting on the BSA National site.

They have a module for Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Cubmaster, Pack Trainer, and Pack Committee.

Wow!!!!! Could you confirm that these are not "fast start" type of training? That these "MyScouting.org" position specific training can be used to fulfill the position specific "in-person" training?

Just talked with our council registrar. She new it was coming, but wasn't sure when. They are official and can be used same as in-person based training. So cool. In-person is still innately valuable for that person-to-person exchange that can't be automated.

This was supposed to be out back in June, then it went to July, then the beginning to middle of August.

I had given up hope of seeing it before Halloween!

Yes, since it is on the BSA National Training site, it is official.
