Over the years I have found several books very useful in my scouting endeavors. Possibly you have a book or a web site that would help keep the Outing in Scouting.

I have the BSA Fieldbook, it's great!

my old teacher/Eagle Scout/retired sergeant has that army survival guide and used it on a class backpacking trip(this was before I was a scout), and it was really useful. the only thing I remember from it is how to get water in the desert, but he highly recommended it.

Diamond you have the makings of a good adult leader when you get old enough. with comments like that and one of the resourses that most people forget about that was a good comeback.

just to clear up something, I don't usually have a snotty nose(I have allergies right now, what are the odds of that!), and I don't bite(usually, unless I meet a really bad adult leader )
