Missing page in the SPL book

I was looking for a COH cerimony and page 605-606 is missing from the book. Does anyone know where I could get it?

Bring the book with the missing pages back to the scout shop and ask for a new one. The supply division has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and they will allow you to exchange a book with missing pages.
