Supply of Current/Old Uniforms Depleting Quickly

Today I tried to find a new pair of BSA shorts.
I visited my, and called 4 different, Scout Shops (four different councils).
None had them in my size.

The racks Boy Scout shirt/pants were getting fairly bare at the Cleveland Scout Shop.
They were completely out of all dark green socks.

Finally found a pair of shorts at sporting goods store licensed to sell BSA product.
(It was the only pair of BSA shorts they had...)

If you need items (socks, belts, etc.) to round out your current uniforms, I strongly suggest that you try and buy them now.

Same in my area (Longhorn Council). We have four Scoutshops and the racks are becoming depleted of shirts and pants.

I even ventured over to the Circle Ten Council HQ recently and found they were getting low on certain sizes.

Seems like the new uniform will be the only uniform very quickly

True, like it or not, the new uniform will soon be the only game in town. I have enough of the current shirts to last me for the rest of my life though.
