New Venturing Uniform Pants?

Looking at the pictures of the Report to the Nation delegation that traveled to DC to present the report to the President (http://www.flickr.com/photos/boyscoutsofamerica, it looks like Venturing president Jennifer Lowe is wearing pants different from the two versions of the official Venturing uniform pants. Has Venturing adopted a third version of its uniform pants, or is there a different uniform for the National Youth Cabinet?

I have not heard of a change. However, my Crew females have adopted a pair of pants that fit the female form better and more comfortably.

Heck, I even had an Area officer recently wear a nice grey skirt to a meeting. Looked to be very close to the
same fabric and color of the original pants. Looked professional but too short for my taste. i do not like to see any young lady under 21 with a skirt above the knee.
