Great. It makes sense. I did the same thing I have ASPL's I can trust. Our troop is not filling the Troop Guide position right now because the good scouts I need to help me make this troop Boyled. I cant have scouts doing half the work so I picked the best even if that means they dont get the best SPL training. You did the right thing.
