We are looking for an "Online Scout Master"

Hello All
I am a 50-year-old life scout who recently became the artistic director of a gaming company called Jumping Bean Studios. We are dedicated to producing fun, educational, non-violent games and videos for the child in all of us.

As part of our mission statement we are conscerned about the children we are serving and not focused on doing whatever it takes to make a profit. Since we are producing computer games, we are therefore naturally conscerned about the effect that the games will have on the players. Because childhood obesity is on the rise, we are developing on our website an "Adventure Club" which will provide projects, much like those in the merit badges, to encourage the children to get away from the computer and learn more about the world in a hands-on manor.

We are presently looking for someone who would be interested consulting on or managing the online Adventure Club. This would start as a volunteer position, but for the right person who would be dedicated, creative and proactive, we would offer them a percentage of the profits on the games and products we sell.
