A dirty little secret in all this... In playing in the program this past some odd years: I have learned how to become a better adult. & i am continuing to do so. (Or least I like to think)

I admit that I am a renegade merit badge counselor. While still continuing to expect the scouts to meet the requirements, I think of them more & more in terms of what that particular scout needs.
