I'm thinking of buying an UrSack. Hanging food is a hassle, doesn't really work all that great (especially against the most dastardly breed of the bear, the chipmunk), often leaves more trace than I like, and it's time to buy more cool gear.
Any war stories? Tell me the good, the bad and the ugly before I shell out $65+.
If you don't know what I'm talking about just google Ursack and check it out.

a friend of mine in Alaska swears by them. Much nicer than trying to use a clunky bear canister. For $65 you probably cant go wrong.

No first-hand experience with the sack; we are fans of the "clunky" Garcia Bear Bins. A bear knocked ours over in Yosemite, but continued on his way when he soon figured out he couldn't get in. The canisters also keep out those pesky chipmunks, squirrels, and marmots!
Good luck with your search for the best new gear.
