Does any one know if this site is actually still active? My troop has several Unipen Tents and a few need replacement parts. I have contacted TentsOnSale.com as they claim to be the manufacturer of the tents. I have yet to get a response. I have not tried the phone number yet. I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this company. When I search the net several troops have recommended them.

Web site is active but I would call one of the numbers listed. The site has no testers past 2005?????

The site also has a drop down for replacement parts. See the column on the left of thye screen half way down.

Depending on what you need as replacement parts you might be able to get them from other manufacturers.

Iknow a few places to find poles for any tent and/or repair kits.

One thing I did find out is if the cost is to much or the tents over 5 yrs it might be time to replace them. I found Alps Mountaineering to be a great company who will service scouts with discounts. There service has been tremendous. they have a Scout direct page on line as well as the main page to browse the online catalog.

I heard from the Customer Service Rep from TentsOnSale.com. The good nesw: The company is still in business. The Bad news: The repalcement parts are on perminant backorder. Looks like we may be buying some new tents this fall.
