What are the 25 hour First Aid courses in your area? Ranger Elective First Aid requirement #2.

I do not see a 25 hour requirement for Ranger First aide.
Standard red cross first aide is about 4
wilderness first aide is 16.
CPR is about 4

Add all those together you get 24, but the ranger award only requires standard first aide. (Although I would recommend wilderness first aide for any one camping out of sight of their car)

requirement 2 is about communication?

Check the Elective Section. It reads:

1. Build a personal first aid kit or help build a group first aid kit.
Know how to use everything in the kit.
Teach another person in your crew, another crew, a Cub or Boy Scout group, or other how to make and use a personal or group first aid kit.

Do 2, 3, or 4.
2. Complete a 25 hour emergency first aid course.
3. Complete a 45-hour emergency response course.
4. Complete an EMT Basic course offered through a local hospital, college, or first aid crew.
