I did not look very closely as I don't do Cubs anymore, but it about time they have acknowledged that Cub advancement is done at den meetings and not at home!

I could have used this when I was a den leader.

Unfortunately, many kids can't get or lack support at home for this. Getting things done in structured environments is a useful thing sometimes.
