Tiger Scouts

I just looked at the Tiger rank achievements on Meritbadge.org and all I can say is Wow!

I knew there had been changes since my boys were in Tigers (they are 18 and 21 now), but I would not even recognize it as the same program.

And I will say it looks much more straight-forward and better thought-out than the program we had.

Yep, Tiger Cubs has really changed since '82. Even in the Cub blue now, haha.

Getting an iron-on transfer for a t-shirt instead of a cool uniform was terribly disappointing to my older son! The younger one at least got a full t-shirt.

Yeah that was a big step. And now being in a real Uniform, is an awesome thing to these guys. I still call 'em orange people, haha.

I remember wearing them orange shirts back in the day (1998 :D )

I was never a tiger ( i started as a bear) but when i was a bear they just had orange shirts ( im pretty sure anyway)

Nope, back in '99 as a wolf I had a uniform.

Even though I understand, I kind of miss seeing the littlest guys in the orange shirts. They were just so cute!

I miss being a Cheeto...lol.

We had like 30 tigers, I cant remember the umber, but it was a lot. Our motto:

Search, Discover, Destroy! haha
