Looking for a badge that was filed.

Does anyone know if there is anyway that I can look by using my son's scout number to see if a badge paper was filed.
I know about calling the council but they are closed today.

Assuming your unit uses Internet Advancement, whomever has access to that system in your unit, can look it up. You can't look it up by your son's scout number
