Requirements. You are expected to meet the requirements as they are stated—no more and no less. You are expected to do exactly what is stated in the requirements. If it says "show or demonstrate," that is what you must do. Just telling about it isn't enough. The same thing holds true for such words as "make," "list," "in the field," and "collect," "identify," and "label."

EXCELLENT points!

FYI (and yes I had too much time on my hands), there are 27 MBs that have some sort of First Aid requirement. The 2 strangest ones were Golf and Surveying.

7 require the BSA swim test..all water ones obviously although some would say Golf should too.

10 require CPR....all Water ones except Climbing

3 require a MB...EPrep need FA; Scuba need Swimming and Whitewater need Canoeing if you do that option, otherwise need KayakBSA

Well depending on where you are golfing and retrieving balls from the rough, or what terrain you are surveying, knowing first aid makes sense. Also considering the age and general condition of some of the guys I see on the course across from my office, CPR training for golf would definitely be a good idea!

Not saying its wrong...just that it wasn't obvious like the others. Some would say you should have Scuba MB to earn Golf so you can retrieve all your errant shots. Or make it a Troop fundraiser!!
