Since so much talk on CPR, including myself. I was wondering
how many troops offer CPR certification as part of their
program. I will add a poll on that. ALso It is my
understanding that some councils in some states are having
trouble with some CPR issues in regards to their state good
samaratin laws.

Our Troop has a certified instructor give a brief course to
all the scouts and then the scout has the option of attending
a full session course to become certified. However it is up to
each scout, but a lot of them sign up to become
certified...especially the older scouts because they have to
do it in school anyway..this way they kill two birds with one
stone!
